Bacon Wrapped Sausage Stuffing Bites
These Bacon Wrapped Sausage Stuffing Bites offer a delightful blend of savory and sweet flavors. The combination of seasoned sausage stuffing, enveloped in crispy bacon, provides a rich and hearty taste, complemented by the sweet and tangy notes of cranberry sauce and whipped cream cheese. Place sauté pan over medium heat, remove sausage from casing, add to pan and cook through.
Add butter, diced celery, onions and cook till translucent. Add poultry seasoning and fresh sage. Add turkey or chicken stock and pour over bread cubes.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes until browned on top.
Linke baking tray with aluminum foil. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Cut slices of bacon in ½. Form stuffing into balls, approximately golf ball size.
Place stuffing ball onto center of bacon piece. Wrap bacon around ball bringing both sides together and securing with a toothpick.
Bake approximately 15-20 minutes. Remove tray when bacon is fully cooked. While cooking, combine cranberry sauce and Whipped Cream Cheese in food processor. Blend until combined, serve in bowl with finished bites.
Place bites onto paper towel prior to serving and enjoy!
