
Everything Bagel Smashed Spuds
Potatoes are fantastic, easy, and versatile side. There's no end to the possibilities and this recipe proves that. Thanks to @pennysprimal for bringing us this delicious Whole30 and paleo-friendly recipe to pair perfectly with any Greensbury meat or seafood!
INGREDIENTS
2 lbs baby whole potatoes, cut in half
2 Tbsp avocado oil
1/4 cup Everything Bagel Seasoning, or more if needed
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment.
In a bowl, toss potatoes with oil.
Put seasoning in a bowl.
Dip cut side in seasoning and place seed side up on pan.
Roast 45 minutes.
