Lemon Garlic & Herb Butter

| (1) 3.5 oz. tub
Creamy European-style butter mixed with with lemon, garlic, and freshly chopped herbs. Goes great with seafood, veggies, and pasta.
Pasteurized Cream, Roasted Garlic, Garlic Puree (garlic, citric acid), Lemon Juice, Parsley, Basil, Oregano, Chives, Onion Salt, Garlic Salt, Black Pepper.
For best results, add to meat or seafood while it is still hot. The best time to add herb butter to steak is while it is resting, immediately before serving.

Flavorable

I was a little worried the garlic would overpower the lemon and the herb, did not. Besides using this butter on you steak, try chicken or veal. I used a little of the butter on the small turkey breast I made

I used the lemon garlic and herb butter on the mahi-mahi.

I chopped some Shallots and garlic and sautéed them in the lemon garlic and herb butter. I then brushed it on top of the mahi-mahi and baked in the oven. It was delicious.
