Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Preheat oven to 375°. Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes or until a meat thermometer registers 165°. Remove from oven, allow to rest 3-5 minutes prior to serving

Before the end product is blast frozen, it’s air-chilled which, preserves the natural tenderness of the meat without adding any extra water, like the conventional water-chilling method does.
