Love this steak. Easy to make, can be served with any of the butter that is offered. I prefer this steak with light seasoning. Super tender, no waste.
Technically a sub-primal, the Sirloin is the hip section of the cattle. It’s a well-worked group of muscles located behind the Short Loin and in front of the Round. The Coulotte is cut from the best section of the “top sirloin.” Coulotte is a shaped like a NY Strip but is leaner and less expensive, making it fantastic value steak and one that is growing in popularity throughout the world.

Over the past few years, I've purchased perhaps 20 of your offerings on QVC. The last 2 were 10 Filet Mignons, and 16 Coulotte Sirloins.
The Filets Mignons are exceptional, but for the difference in price, the 16 Coulotte Sirloins are by far the best--dollar for dollar. Everytime I see this pack of 16 steaks for sale on QVC, in the future, you've got a sale. The exquisite marbeling in these steaks creates an exquisite taste.
If you're reading this review and have never had these steaks--stop what you're doing and buy them now!!
