If we don't know where it came from, we can't stand behind it. We work closely with farmers and producers around the country to ensure that they meet our standards.

Aging and trimming done right.
All of our beef (except ground beef) is aged in-house. The aging process naturally breaks down enzymes in the meat and reduces exterior moisture levels, condensing more flavor inside each cut. All of our meat and seafood is trimmed to exacting standards that allow you to leave almost nothing on the plate after a great meal.
Flash frozen to maintain the best taste.
Flash freezing speeds up the freezing process, to maintain flavor and taste for when the package arrives at your door.
