Chicken breast.
Haven't had good luck with chicken lately so I felt I would try yours. I well let you know.
Most l've tried turns out rubbery when cooked on stove.
The chicken breast comes from the large pectoral muscle on the underside of the bird. The breast is the largest source of white meat and is both lean and tender. Its large size makes it versatile in the kitchen and its nutritional value makes it a popular choice. Tenderloins, a particularly tender section, are technically part of the breast but often sold separately.
Our organic chickens come from a small organic farming collective in the Shenandoah Valley where they’re fed an all-vegetarian, GMO-free blend of corn and soybean meal. In addition to their feed, they’re free to roam during the day where they can forage for bugs, grubs, worms, and tasty greens in their pasture. They have constant access to outdoor grassy pastures with ample shade. And, of course, they never receive antibiotics, steroids or hormones.

This is the only chicken I buy. Always moist never dry.
Organic chicken breasts somehow always taste better. True, old fashioned chicken flavor. I just love everything Rastelli’s sells. Great products, great shipping times, great company.
Due to histamine intolerance, I’m unable to eat poultry from the grocery store. But Rastelli’s immediately de-skins and flash freezes theirs which stops histamine from building up on the meat so I am able to eat it without have any bad reactions. It’s perfect every time! Thank you Rastelli’s
