Try brining chicken breasts in a solution of water, sugar and salt before cooking. Then skip the salt in the marinade. This helps keep chicken moist while cooking. It's very important when cooking chicken to make sure it's cooked to at least 165°.

The chicken breast comes from the large pectoral muscle on the underside of the bird. The breast is the largest source of white meat and is both lean and tender. Its large size makes it versatile in the kitchen and its nutritional value makes it a popular choice. Tenderloins, a particularly tender section, are technically part of the breast but often sold separately.

In addition to their feed, they’re free to roam during the day where they can forage for bugs, grubs, worms, and tasty greens in their pasture. They have constant access to outdoor grassy pastures with ample shade. And, of course, they never receive antibiotics, steroids or hormones.
