All of our seafood is wild-caught or raised-in-the-wild, using certified sustainable practices that ensure good stewardship of both the animal and their natural habitats. From the Faroe Islands in the North Atlantic where we source our salmon, to Indonesia, home of robust yellowtail tuna, to the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico where we catch our hearty jumbo shrimp, there’s nowhere we won’t go to bring you the best from the deep.
