The rich sauce, a blend of low sodium soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and fresh ginger, enhances the dish with a delightful balance of sweet, salty, and aromatic notes.
1 package Sirloin Steak Tips
1 large Red Bell Pepper
8 oz Broccoli Florets
1 medium Onion
½ bunch Green Onions
2 tbsp Avocado Oil
6 tbsp low sodium Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Fresh Ginger
Whisk all the stir-fry sauce ingredients in a medium bowl until combined, set aside for later. Marinate the sirloin in the sauce for 2 hours or overnight.
Cut the bell peppers into strips and the broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion into half rings, slice green onions.
Preheat pan, add 1 tbsp oil. Add peppers, broccoli, onions and cook on medium-high heat until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Add 1 tablespoon oil to the pan, add sirloin steak but reserve the marinade.
Return the veggies and green onions back to the pan. Pour the remaining marinade in and toss until combined. Cook on low until sauce thickens. Serve over your favorite sides.
