This recipe for Sheet Pan Shrimp Fajitas is bursting with flavor from the combination of spices and fresh ingredients. The fajita spice adds a bold and smoky flavor to the shrimp, while the bell peppers and onions provide a sweet and slightly charred taste. Ingredients

1 LB Shrimp, Tails Off & Deveined & Pat Dry
3 Bell Peppers, Seeds Removed & Sliced Thin
1 Large Onion, Sliced in ¼ Wedges
¼ Cup Avocado Oil plus Drizzle for Shrimp
1 Tsp Salt
½ Tsp Pepper
¼ Cup Fajita Spice
2 Limes
¼ Cup Cilantro, Chopped for Garnish
Directions
Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees
Line a rimmed pan with parchment paper
Spread peppers and onions evenly on pan and drizzle with ¼ cup of oil
Sprinkle salt and pepper and squeeze juice from 1 lime over peppers and onions
Cook for 15 minutes
Meanwhile, toss shrimp in fajita spice and drizzle with oil
Remove pan from oven and add shrimp to pan. Cook for 15 more minutes flipping shrimp halfway thorough
Serve in bowls with all your favorite toppings. Garnish with lime wedges and fresh cilantro
