Short Ribs were great
Loved the short rib burgers. They were quite flavorful, but not quite as tasty as the Wagyu burgers, which are still our favorite!
Whether Short Ribs come the Rib primal or the Chuck is a matter of nuance. Either way, they come from the area where these two primals meet, towards the front-center of the center of the cattle’s back. Like the rest of the rib primal, this section produces a very tender and flavorful cut of meat. When ground, it makes an especially tender, juicy and flavorful burger.
In the American heartland, our Black Angus cattle are pastured in large open fields and fed a 100% vegetarian diet. I don't always make burgers but like to make a small meatloaf or a few meatballs for myself. So the individual portion sizes are great for me.

These short rib burgers are so perfect. Way better than the "normal" pre-made patties in the freezer section. Full of flavor.
