Season generously with salt and pepper after the meat has come to room temperature. For best results, cook over indirect heat after searing on high heat for a few minutes on each side. Always allow steak to rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.

Product Tour

Technically a sub-primal, the Sirloin is the hip section of the cattle, located behind the Short Loin and in front of the Round. Cut from the top section of this large, well-worked sub-primal, the Top Sirloin is a well-rounded piece of steak. Less expensive than Ribeyes, Strips and Filets, it’s considered a great value steak because it still delivers a nice balance of satisfying flavor and tenderness.

Top Notch Top Sirloin

I am getting spoiled with Rastelli's meats. They are far superior to what you get in the grocery stores. There is enough marbleization so the meat is never dry but also there is not too much where the steak is no where near considered "fatty". I highly recommend the Grass-Fed Top Sirloin for a delicious meal.

A Really Great Versatile Steak

Top sirloin is a very tasty steak option!! These steaks are great on their own grilled, pan fried in cast iron skillet, or in air fryer.

I also regularly use them sliced for fajitas and tacos, and cut into chunks for kabobs.

They marinate well and it just makes them tastier!
