Our turkey burgers are ground from premium cuts of white breast meat. Breast meat is loaded in protein (7 grams/ounce) and low in fat (<1 gram/ounce), so you get a lot of flavor without it weighing you down. Breast meat is also high in vitamins such as niacin and minerals like zinc and selenium.
Our turkey is raised on American Humane Association-certified family farms in North Carolina, which has a long, rich tradition of poultry farming. The birds have regular access to outdoor pastures with plenty of grass and shade. They’re fed an all-vegetarian diet and always remain antibiotics, steroids and hormone-free.
