For best results thaw under refrigeration. Use within 5-7 days. Cook to at least 165 F internal temperature or until all pink is gone from the interior and from any juices.

Unless specifically specified (e.g., “Short Rib Burgers”, “Ground Chuck,” etc), you can assume that ground beef comes from all over the cow. Butchers grind trimmings from steaks and roasts, ensuring that valuable meat isn’t wasted and giving ground products a nice balanced flavor. Our grinds use trimmings from several primals towards the top of the cattle.
