Filled with all the beefy flavor you crave, but a little less heavy than their grain-finished counterparts – there’s never a need to compromise on flavor.

Season your burgers AFTER the first flip, allowing the seasoning to penetrate the hot side and sink into the burger. After searing both sides, move burgers to the cooler side of the grill and cook until desired doneness

Product Tour

Unless specifically specified (e.g., “Short Rib Burgers”, “Ground Chuck,” etc), you can assume that ground beef comes from all over the cow. Butchers grind trimmings from steaks and roasts, ensuring that valuable meat isn’t wasted and giving ground products a nice balanced flavor. Our grinds use trimmings from several primals towards the top of the cattle.

Here, we partner with small family farms, where gauchos meticulously care for both their herds of Black Angus cattle and the treasured pastures they graze on. The cattle spend their entire lives grazing exclusively on this nutrient rich grass. The end product is a rich and tender beef, leaner than its grain-finished counterpart and high in Omega-3 fatty acids.

simply awesome

These burgers are easy to cook, I do them on flat grill on my stove. They don't shrink and I put just a little organic no salt seasoning and one slice of cheese (sometimes sautied mushrooms),and they taste great
