1 lb Wagyu Ground Beef
1 bag Tortilla Chips
1 can Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilis
2 cups Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3 Scallions, sliced thin
Sour Cream, Pico de Gallo, Guacamole, chopped Cilantro (as needed)
Place Skillet over medium high heat. Add ground beef, cook for 6-8 minutes until brown.
Add can of diced tomatoes and cook for two minutes.
Pour over Tortilla chips, top with shredded cheese and garnish with desired toppings.
