4 Mild Italian Sausage Links
1 bag Bread Crumbs
2 stalks Celery, diced
1 small Onion, diced
1 stick Salted Butter
4 cups Chicken Stock
1 tsp Poultry Seasoning
1 tsp Fresh Sage, chopped
Place sauté pan over medium heat, remove sausage from casing, add to pan and cook through.
Add butter, diced celery, onions and cook till translucent. Add poultry seasoning and fresh sage. Add turkey or chicken stock and pour over bread cubes.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes until browned on top.
