Throw these read-to-cook burgers right on a hot, well-oiled grill or into a lightly oiled stovetop. Can be cooked from a frozen or thawed state. Cook to at least 145°F internal temperature. Grill or Broil: Grill or Broil for 5-6 minutes per side. Pan Fry: Preheat a small amount of cooking oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add burgers and pan fry for 6-8 minutes per side.
