Cut from the tips of our buttery tenderloin filets, Filet Mignon Tips are so tender and flavorful they require no seasoning at all. Like all of our Black Angus beef, it’s 100% antibiotic, hormone and steroid-free. Skewer with your favorite veggies for kebobs so good you’ll want to pop ’em in your mouth right off the grill.

Season with salt and pepper, your favorite rub or marinate, then skewer with your favorite vegetables – or just on their own. Place on the grill over high heat or in an oven preheated to 450° until they are cooked to your desired doneness.

Filet Mignon, the most tender piece of meat on the cow, comes from the aptly named Tenderloin, a long thin strip that bisects two primals – the Sirloin and the Shortloin. Filets are cut from the smaller (forward) end of the tenderloin, where the meat is at its most tender – and most prized. On average, a full Black Angus cattle only yields about one pound of filet mignon, making it a particularly coveted cut.

In the American heartland, our Black Angus cattle are pastured in large open fields and fed a 100% vegetarian diet. They’re grain-finished on high-moisture corn for 120 days, creating fantastic marbling and tender, flavorful beef. Like all of our products, it’s antibiotic, steroid, and hormone-free. Our cattle are certified by the USDA as raised and fed through operations that provide a low-stress environment, with facilities designed by world-renowned animal care experts, and prioritize delivering access to fresh, clean water, adequate shade and shelter.
