Rib Chops can be made on the grill or seared than roasted in the oven. To grill, brush lightly with olive oil, season with salt and peper and toss on a hot grill. Cook for about 4-6 minutes per side. If roasting, follow the same instructions for seasoning, than sear stovetop for a minute or two on each side, than place in an oven preheated to 400°, then cook for about 10-12 minutes.
