Veal Loin Chop

| (1) 12 oz. chop
Our milk-fed Loin Chop is like a veal t-bone – a buttery tenderloin and hearty top loin, connected by a t-shaped bone which infuses the meat while it cooks. Hearty enough for the grill or a hot pan-sear, but delicate to the taste.
Loin Chops can be made on the grill or seared than roasted in the oven. To grill, brush lightly with olive oil, season with salt and peper and toss on a hot grill. Cook for about 4-6 minutes per side. If roasting, follow the same instructions for seasoning, than sear stovetop for a minute or two on each side, than place in an oven preheated to 400°, then cook for about 10-12 minutes.

Not worth the price

When I received these they were under weight and was told that the listed weight is just a fuse so be ware they might be abit less than posted.

We had not had veal chops before so was excited to try. I did not want to mess them up so I used the Sous vide and they were done perfectly but were bland even after searing in a hot pan.

I guess we are just not veal eaters.

They were juicy and tender but just not tasty enough for us. We will stick with aged beef.
