Oven-Ready Turkey Breast Roast

Expertly seasoned for a beautiful presentation, this white meat turkey breast roast is ready to impress. It comes generously sized, perfect for feeding a crowd or a smaller group for several days. And as good as it tastes, your family will never know how easy it was to prepare. The perfect addition to your Thanksgiving feast, or for any special meal!

Oven
Turkey Breast, *(Water, salt, sugar, sodium phosphates). Rubbed with a Tuscan-Style Seasoning: (spices, garlic, onion, tomato powder, salt, red bell pepper).
Thaw under refrigeration for 2-3 days. Preheat oven to 350°. Do not remove from cooking bag. Place turkey in a 2 inch deep roasting pan. Puncture cooking bag with one air hole near top of the bag. Roast for 16-20 minutes per pound. (2 – 2.5 hours) Bag will inflate during cooking (don’t poke any additional holes.) After 2.25 - 2.5 hours check the internal temperature with an instant read thermometer. Insert the thermometer in the thickest part of the roast for the most accurate reading. Remove the turkey when the internal temperature reaches 165°. Let rest for 20 minutes. Remove cooking bag and serve.

Turkey breast is the largest section on the bird and is loaded with juicy, white meat. Breast meat is loaded in protein (7 grams/ounce) and low in fat (<1 gram/ounce), so you get a lot of flavor without it weighing you down. Breast meat is also high in vitamins such as niacin and minerals like zinc and selenium.

Our turkey is raised on American Humane Association-certified family farms in North Carolina, which has a long, rich tradition of poultry farming. The birds have regular access to outdoor pastures with plenty of grass and shade. They’re fed an all-vegetarian diet and always remain antibiotics, steroids and hormone-free.

Amazing 🤩

This was a gift for my son in Medical school. He absolutely raved about the quality of all the meat products that were sent to him. I highly recommend this company and it’s amazing service. Since my son really liked there quality of meats I ordered another shipment to him last night. Great product. Great company.

Unbelievable

Easy Turkey Dinner for a Family

Now my family loves turkey dinners but to be honest they can be very messy and time consuming. But Rastelli's comes to the rescue with this perfect 5 pound turkey roast that's ready to put into the oven. Finished product is delicious! I use this for family get togethers when there's more than 2 of us. I really recommend this roast!

Juicy Turkey

We love this turkey breast. We buy 2 or 3 at a time. Great flavor. A little on the pricey end, if you compare it to other high end brands.

Best turkey roast ever!

I was a little surprised by the size considering the price of the roast, but there were so many great reviews I took a chance. I cooked the roast in my Traeger grill with their Turkey Blend pellets. After I removed the roast from the cooking bag I placed it in the oven to brown and crisp up the skin a bit. The roast was amazing; so juicy and well seasoned. It was more than enough for my family of three. I made turkey tetrazzini with the leftovers which was better than ever because of this amazing roast. I plan to purchase one this year for Thanksgiving 2022.
