Steak Craft Burgers
That sizzling you hear when you smash your burger with the spatula? That’s all of the flavorful juices running out of the burger and onto the flames. For maximum tenderness, resist the temptation to press down on your burger while cooking and keep those juices inside.
Baby Back Ribs
Pork ribs are at their best when cooked slowly. For the most tender results, pre-bake them for a couple of hours in the oven, then throw them on the grill to finish with the rest of your food. Apply sauce and dig in!
Saucing your wings while still on the grill will keep the chicken skin from getting nice and crisp. It’ll also burn the sauce, making it more bitter. Instead, finish your wings on the grill and then apply your wing sauce.
For best results, grill your sausage over direct heat for a minute or two on both sides, then move to indirect heat. The sausage will continue to cook inside its casing without getting burned. If you’re looking for a little more sear, throw it back on direct heat for a final minute at the end.
