- I like it all!
Tasty Swordfish
I had a great taste, firm and tasted fresh. We used it in tacos. One of our favorites.
Swordfish, or “broadbills,” have one of the largest migratory ranges of any fish in the sea. They are found in both temperate and tropical waters. Served as steaks, swordfish have a mild, meaty flavor, despite being classified has an “oily” fish. As a food, they rank among the highest in terms of protein per ounce (roughly 10g/oz) and are high in Omega-3 Fatty Acids.
Swordfish are among the most highly migratory creatures on the planet, with a habitat distributed across the entire globe. Like migratory birds, they tend towards cooler climates in the summer and warmer ones in winter. Ours come from the Atlantic Ocean, where they are wild-harvested by MSC-certified long-lines. They are cleaned and cut into steak-sized portions on the boat and frozen before they ever make it to land.

We loved the swordfish. We mad a butter, lemon, and herb sauce. It was delicious.
Delicious - fresh and tasty. Arrived quickly and we’ll packed
Buttery, rich, so very fresh - cooked on our gas stovetop in a well seasoned grill pan with a dash of olive oil, bay seasoning, garlic salt and pepper. Will DEFINITELY be buying your swordfish again!
Defrosted these, seared them in lemon butter and the baked them to perfection. I topped it with a parsley, garlic, ginger and butter sauce…..👌 The family was happy.
