Made with 100-percent Antibiotic-Free Black Angus beef, our Steak Tips are all the tender, beefy taste of a juicy steak packed into little bites. Use them in saucy stews, stir-fries and Stroganoff; or just simply season and sear and let the tips be the centerpiece.

Season with salt and pepper, your favorite rub or marinate, then skewer with your favorite vegetables – or just on their own. Place on the grill over high heat or in an oven preheated to 450° until they are cooked to your desired doneness.

Technically a sub-primal, the Sirloin is the hip section of the cattle, located behind the Short Loin and in front of the round. Our Premium Steak Tips come from this well-worked muscle group which yields a lean but flavorful cut. They are ideal for marinades, which tenderizes the meat and are perfectly sized for grilling on skewers.

In the American heartland, our Black Angus cattle are pastured in large open fields and fed a 100% vegetarian diet. They’re grain-finished on high-moisture corn for 120 days, creating fantastic marbling and tender, flavorful beef. Like all of our products, it’s antibiotic, steroid, and hormone-free. Our cattle are certified by the USDA as raised and fed through operations that provide a low-stress environment, with facilities designed by world-renowned animal care experts, and prioritize delivering access to fresh, clean water, adequate shade and shelter.
