Grade AA Butter (pasteurized cream, lactic acid), Seasoning (spices, salt, paprika), Chives
For best results, add to meat or seafood while it is still hot. The best time to add herb butter to steak is while it is resting, immediately before serving.

Even though it states seafood, but you can use this butter on anything.

Mild flavor

The flavor in this butter was tasty but too mild. For someone looking for strong flavor, I would not recommend this. For a light flavor then I would.
