Grade AA Butter [pasteurized cream, lactic acid], Parmesan Cheese [pasteurized cow’s milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, powdered cellulose (anti-caking agent)], Cultured Skim Milk, Roasted Garlic, Garlic [garlic, citric acid], Rosemary, Sea Salt, Black Pepper.
For best results, add to meat or seafood while it is still hot. The best time to add herb butter to steak is while it is resting, immediately before serving.
