Lamb
Lamb requires very little prep because its meat is so naturally flavorful. Season with a generous amount of olive oil, salt and pepper, then throw on the grill or pan sear on a hot Stovetop until brown on both sides and place on a baking sheet in an oven preheated to 400° until lamb reaches 135°. Be careful not to overcook!

Rib Chops are individual chops cut from the Rib primal, which encompasses a series of six ribs located between the shoulder and the loin and known as a Rack when still intact. Meat from this primal is the most tender on the lamb and mild in flavor and does best when cooked hot and quick with dry heat, like grilling or roasting in the oven.

So delicious!

Love love loved the lamb! Grilled it for a special family dinner and we all loved how tender and flavorful it was! Not too gamey either, like some others we’ve had!

Best lamb ever

I save these for special days and times when I have friends over. These grill to perfection and are so tender and full of flavor. I sometimes use greek seasoning and have them with a greek salad.
