This gift for my parents was much appreciated because it gave them a night off of cooking.
Unless specifically specified (e.g., “Short Rib Burgers”, “Ground Chuck,” etc), you can assume that ground beef comes from all over the cow. Butchers grind trimmings from steaks and roasts, ensuring that valuable meat isn’t wasted and giving ground products a nice balanced flavor. Our grinds use trimmings from several primals towards the top of the cattle.
In the American heartland, our Black Angus cattle are pastured in large open fields and fed a 100% vegetarian diet. We have used these meatballs in all kind of sauces. Works well with spaghetti and meatballs , juicy and great tasting.
They worked well in my wife’s pasta sauce.
Used these precooked for a fast spaghetti dinner. Perfect taste and made cooking over a hot stove half the time. Just did the spaghetti and sauce threw in the meatballs and ready to eat! Yummo
Very nicely seasoned, moist and delicious. I was surprised how many meatballs I got for just 1 pound! I would absolutely order again.
