Unless specifically specified (e.g., “Short Rib Burgers”, “Ground Chuck,” etc), you can assume that ground beef comes from all over the cow. Butchers grind trimmings from steaks and roasts, ensuring that valuable meat isn’t wasted and giving ground products a nice balanced flavor. Our grinds use trimmings from several primals towards the top of the cattle.

So easy to heat up and everyone loved them!
I have purchased these meatballs both with and without sauce. The sauced ones great with pasta but the unsauced ones are great with a brown sauce served over mashed potatoes. They also have a smokey flavor which is great heated up in your own homemade barbecue sauce. Great to have on hand for quick dinners.
