Mild in flavor with a firm, flaky texture, tilapia’s an easy and satisfying fish. Our Panko Breaded Tilapia Filets are lightly breaded with a flaky crust and perfect for a quick and easy midweek meal. Bake from frozen for 20 minutes and you’ll be ready to dive in to dinner.

Tilapia, Bleached Wheat Flour, Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour, (niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid) Water, Soybean Oil, White Corn Flour, Modified Food Starch, Dextrose, Salt, Yeast, Modified Corn Starch, Maltodextrin, Leavening,(sodium aluminum phosphate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), Spices, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Citric Acid, Disodium Inosinate and Disodium Guanylate, Hydrolyzed Wheat Gluten, Spice Extractive, Less Than 2% Sodium Silico Aluminate to prevent caking.
Cook from Frozen. Baking - Heat oven to 400°F. Place fish in a well-oiled baking dish. Bake for 22 - 24 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Remove and serve.
