Our turkey is ground from premium cuts of dark meat and loaded in protein (5.75 grams/ounce) and low in fat (<1 gram/ounce), so you get a lot of flavor without it weighing you down. Turkey meat is also high in vitamins such as niacin and minerals like zinc and selenium.
