Marrow Bones

The secret weapon for making a rich, delicious and creamy broth, our Beef Marrow Bones are the perfect addition to your health regimen or a winter pick-me-up. Yielding a robust, beefy flavor, you can add them to stock or roast them and eat the marrow right from the bone. They’re cross-cut, so it’s easy to access the marrow’s savory goodness.

Beef
Place the Marrow Bones on a baking tray, then put in an oven heated to 450. Roast for about 20-25 minutes. Serve with your favorite crusty bread and sprinkle with herbs for an extra touch.

Of all the bones, the femur is the richest marrow source on the cattle. Located inside the Round, this long, straight bone has a robust marrow-to-bone ratio and makes for a clean cut, and yields relatively consistent size marrow bones for you to enjoy.

Great bones for pinto beans or soup

I used 2 of the marrow bones in my slow cooker pinto beans, and they turned out so flavorful. The marrow from inside the bones gave the beans a whole new depth of flavor, not to mention the health benefits of the marrow.
