Place the Marrow Bones on a baking tray, then put in an oven heated to 450. Roast for about 20-25 minutes. Serve with your favorite crusty bread and sprinkle with herbs for an extra touch.

Of all the bones, the femur is the richest marrow source on the cattle. Located inside the Round, this long, straight bone has a robust marrow-to-bone ratio and makes for a clean cut, and yields relatively consistent size marrow bones for you to enjoy.
