Excellent Lobster
The lobster arrived on time and in good condition. They broiled up perfectly, and were exceptional with just a touch of butter.
Perhaps no seafood is more revered than the lobster – a name synonymous with decadence. In fact, lobster has been a staple of coastal populations since prehistoric times. Lobster meat is exceptionally rich, sometimes described as “buttery,” with a sweet and salty flavor. It’s high in protein, low in fat and has more calcium than any other seafood.
Lobster thrive in the cold border waters of Northern Maine and Nova Scotia, where ours are caught by day-boat lobstermen using baited pots. Highly regulated, the Atlantic lobster industry takes enormous pains to ensure it’s being done in a way that is sustainable for the species, the environment, and the men and women who work the waters. Like all of the fisheries we work with, our Lobstering partners are MSC-Certified, ensuring a product that’s not only delicious, but harvested and processed in the most responsible way possible.

Very good flavor; broiled with butter, garlic and paprika. Also prepared a filet mignon to make New Year's Eve dinner
Arrived firm and fresh. I butter poached it and it was a joy to eat.
Melt in your mouth lobster. A little on the smaller side but delicious.
My first time cooking lobster tails ever! Drizzled them in an olive oil vegan butter and broiled for 7 minutes. Had no idea how to tell if they were done but they were such a pretty red color, I figured I better take them out. And they were great!
I had made too many for us so I had left overs....the leftovers are fantastic also! I've been putting them under the broiler along with the leftover crab cakes and other veggies for about 4 minutes.
I will be ordering more lobster tails to keep in the freezer!
