Horseradish Chive Butter

| (1) 3.5 oz. tub
Creamy European-style butter with a spicy twist of horseradish and loaded with chopped garlic and chives. Melt this on top of a hot juicy steak to take your meal over the top.
Grade AA Butter (pasteurized cream, salt), horseradish (horseradish, water, white vinegar, pure cane sugar, salt, mustard oil), roasted garlic, chives, black pepper, cultured skim milk, and salt.
For best results, add to meat or seafood while it is still hot. The best time to add herb butter to steak is while it is resting, immediately before serving.

This was a new butter for us to try. I don't put in on the steaks, what I do is melt the butter in a small microwave container so we can dip the steak in it. This way we can control how much butter per steak, plus the butter will last longer
