My youngest grandsdaughter spent the summer o 2019 in scotland living among the natives. She had always liked salmon but loved what she ate there. She declared this almost as good as what she ate there. Said it is way above any other she has ad here..
I have not consumed it all. Made some salmon croquettes with some, They turn out well. Plan to sear the remainder and erve with crispy kale and lentils!
