Creme Fraiche Mashed Potatoes

The most classic holiday side dish, taken to a whole new level. Light and fluffy mashed Yukon gold potatoes blended with rich, decadent crème fraiche, butter and a savory herb and spice mix? Yes please!
Yukon Gold Potatoes, Milk, salt, potassium sorbate [to protect color], spices, heavy cream, crème fraiche, sour cream, butter, sea salt, white pepper. Contains: Milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove film and lid, place tray on baking sheet. If frozen cook for 60-75 minutes (40-50 minutes if thawed) or until fully heated throughout and slightly brown on top. Internal temp. should reach 165 degrees. Let rest for 5 minutes and serve.
