Sweet and slightly briny, Maine Lobster is prized for its rich and decadent flavor, and with our Cold Cracked Lobster, it couldn’t be easier to enjoy. Low in fat and high in health Omega-3 fatty acids, this succulent claw and knuckle meat is cold-processed and blast-frozen so it’s ready to cook and enjoy.

Our favorite way to cook cold cracked lobster is by poaching in butter. To do this, pat the lobster meat dry with a paper towel. Melt butter and any desired herbs in sauce pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the lobster meat and stir to coat. Let simmer while stirring occasionally for about 5-7 minnutes until opaque. Remove from poaching liquid and drizzle with lemon juice and herbs.
