Not your average chicken finger. Made from the tenderloin – a premium cut from the bottom of the chicken breast that, as its name implies, is exceptionally tender and loaded with flavor – our Tenderloins come from pastured, Antibiotic, Steroid, and Hormone-free birds. They’re lightly breaded and seasoned. Pop ’em in the oven for 20-24 minutes, serve, and watch them disappear.

Seasoned with: up to a 13% solution of water, salt, monosodium glutamate, spices, flavoring paprika breaded with: enriched wheat flour (enriched w/niacin, reduced iron, tiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), bleached wheat flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Modified corn starch, yellow corn flour, leavening (sodium avid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), soybean oil (as a processing aid) guar gum, soybean and/or canola oil, TBHQ added to protect flavor and dimethyl posiloxane wheat, soy.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lay frozen fingers on pan and bake for 10-12 minutes. Flip fingers and bake another 10-12 minutes. Product must reach internal temperature of 165 degrees using a verified meat thermometer

Our chickens come from a small farm in the Shenandoah Valley where they’re fed an all-vegetarian, GMO-free blend of corn and soybean meal. In addition to their feed, they’re free to roam during the day where they can forage for bugs, grubs, worms, and tasty greens in their pasture. As certified by the Human & Global Animal Partnership, our chickens are raised with the highest standards, including having houses with windows and natural light, fresh bedding and a 2-3 week resting period between each flock. They have constant access to outdoor grassy pastures with lots of shade.
