Best chicken sausage
I was skeptical at first about chicken sausage I though it would be dry, but I was wrong. The key is not to overcook it.
The chicken breast comes from the large pectoral muscle on the underside of the bird. The breast is the largest source of white meat and is both lean and tender. Its large size makes it versatile in the kitchen and its nutritional value makes it a popular choice. Tenderloins, a particularly tender section, are technically part of the breast but often sold separately.
Our pastured chicken comes from the American heartland, where the birds are raised in large, spacious houses with access to large outdoor pastures. They’re fed an all-vegetarian diet and have on-demand access to water and shade. The farm is Humane Farm Animal Care-recognized (HFAC) for their humane practices and environmental stewardship. Before the end product is blast frozen, it’s air-chilled which, preserves the natural tenderness of the meat without adding any extra water, like the conventional water-chilling method does. The result is a tender, juicy chicken that tastes great and that you can feel great about.

These sausage were so flavorful definitely going to be ordering more for sure 😊
All of the Rastelli's chix sausages are delicious, and really juice up when cooked, but this one is by and far our favorite. We either grill them or place them in the air fryer -- both options work equally well, IMO.
