Cook frozen or thawed. If thawed, defrost under refrigeration & reduce the cooking times by 5 minutes. The board comes pre-soaked but for added safety & cedar smoked flavor, place defrosted planked salmon in a shallow pan with water to slightly immerse wooden plank for 15-20 minutes. Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place planked salmon on grill rack, 3-4 inches away from heat source. Grill for 15-20 minutes or when fish feels firm to the touch. Oven baked: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place planked salmon on a nonstick baking sheet and roast for approx. 20-25 minutes. Cooking times may vary, so continue to cook until desired doneness.
