Boneless Carving Ham with Glaze

| (1) 4 lb. ham + (1) 2.5 oz. glaze packet

Impress everyone at the dinner table with this mouthwatering centerpiece. Our Carver Ham is made from Duroc-breed pork from the Pennsylvania Dutch country. It’s hardwood smoked for an incredible savory flavor and comes with a sweet and tangy honey glaze that adds the finishing touch to this exceptional main course.

Ham Ingredients: Ham, Water, Salt, Dextrose, Corn Syrup, Sodium Phosphates, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite, Flavorings. Glaze Ingredients: Sugar, Spices, Corn Syrup Solids, Granulated Honey (Sugar, Honey). Contains Less Than 1% Soybean Oil.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350F. Remove thawed ham from packaging and place on a rack in a large baking pan, and add about 1/4-inch to 1/2-inch of water to the pan. Bake to internal temperature of 120° F (approx. 12 minutes per lb. ). For the last 30 minutes remove ham from oven carefully, rub with ham glaze. Garnish with cloves and pineapple slices. Return to oven for 30 minutes.

Ham is a sub-primal of the Leg – a large section that comprises most of the rear section of the hog. Because of its regular use, the muscles in the ham are well-worked, making it relatively low in fat and requiring a nice long, slow cook. Like most hams sold at the butcher shop, our hams come pre-cooked, so the heavy-lifting is already done.

Our chef-coveted Heritage breed hogs are raised in open-pasture farms in eastern Pennsylvania. Naturally herd animals, the pigs roam outside as long as they like and can come inside for shelter as they please. They eat a 13-stage all-vegetarian diet and grow to roughly 280 lbs. Like all stock we source, our pork is raised without any antibiotics, hormones or steroids, and our farming partners employ the strictest standards in animal welfare.
