Where do your products come from?

Where can I manage my account?

Head over to “My Rastelli’s” and you’ll be able to see your entire order history and edit upcoming orders. Is the site not recognizing your account? You may be a subscriber, but haven’t activated your account yet. Send us an email at help@rastellis.com and we’ll get you all set up.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we only ship within the continental U.S. We cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada.

Can I use a business address or PO box for my delivery?

We deliver to both residential and business addresses. (Please be aware that some UPS deliveries may occur after normal business hours) We are unable to deliver to PO boxes and military bases.

Do I pay for shipping?

For orders under $99, an additional flat rate of $25 is added to your order to cover shipping expenses. If you spend $100 or more, shipping is free. Curated boxes include free shipping.

When do you ship?

We fulfill orders every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday morning before 11am EST. Orders that are placed after 11am EST on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday. Our packages arrives within 2 – 3 days of shipping.

When will my package arrive?

We ship every Monday and Tuesday morning. During holiday times, we also ship on Wednesday. Packages usually arrive within two days of shipping. We will send you a notification when your package has shipped, including a tracking number that will provide delivery information.

When am I charged?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You will see an authorization form on your credit card as we prepare your shipment. Your card will only be charged upon shipping, 48 hours prior to arrival on your doorstep.

What are the best methods for thawing my products?

For the best results, we recommend thawing in the refrigerator prior to cooking. You can thaw meats and poultry in their packaging, but should remove seafood from its packaging when defrosting. For quick thawing, place vacuum sealed products in cold water for 30 to 45 minutes. We do not recommend using a microwave to thaw products because it will lose more natural juices; resulting in a final product that may be drier and less tender. Thaw foods in the microwave only if they will be cooked immediately.

How long do my products last in the fridge once thawed?

Our products last up to 12 months in the freezer. Once thawed, meat products last 5 to 7 days in the refrigerator, and seafood products last 3 to 5 days in the refrigerator.

What do I do if my box arrived with melted dry ice?

We advise that you check the internal temperature of all meat, poultry and seafood with a thermometer upon delivery. If the internal temperature is above 40 degrees Fahrenheit, you should discard the item and contact us to request a refund.

Is the box recyclable?

Your box and package insulation can be recycled via curbside pickup. The bag that your products were packaged in is reusable. Just be sure not to touch the dry ice directly and let it evaporate before disposing of the box. For a quicker dry ice disposal, place your package outside, the dry ice with dissipate faster when outside.

You can review any product on our site through product detail pages. Just scroll to the bottom and let us know your thoughts! We’ll also email you with an opportunity to share your experience. What is your refund policy?

If you’re not happy with our products, contact us within 21 days of your shipment and we’ll refund all or a portion of your order depending on the circumstances. There are cases where we may need to limit our refund policy. Call us at 267-774-2272 with any questions.
