The high salinity levels and active currents of the Atlantic Ocean off the eastern shore of the U.S. are the perfect breeding ground for Atlantic Sea Scallops. Our scallop fishery is MSC and NOAA-certified and managed under the Atlantic Sea Scallop Fishery Management Plan. Using bottom-safe dredges, the scallops are harvested from the waters between Cape May and Cape Cod, with minimal impact to the sea floor and other marine wildlife. They’re hand-shucked aboard the vessel, where they’re blast-frozen without any added solution, yielding a tender, sweet, succulent scallop.
