Prized for its sweet, succulent flavor, Maine Lobster (real name, American Lobster), thrive in the cold waters of the Atlantic coast. Our lobster are caught in border waters of Northern Maine and Nova Scotia, by day-boat lobstermen using baited pots. One of the most highly regulated in the world, the Atlantic lobster industry takes enormous pains to ensure it’s being done in a way that is sustainable for the species, the environment, and the men and women who work the waters. Like all of the fisheries we work with, our Lobstering partners are Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) Certified, ensuring a product that’s not only delicious, but harvested and processed in the most responsible way possible.
