Oven-Ready Turkey Breast Roast

Oven
Turkey Breast, *(Water, salt, sugar, sodium phosphates). Rubbed with a Tuscan-Style Seasoning: (spices, garlic, onion, tomato powder, salt, red bell pepper).
Thaw under refrigeration for 2-3 days. Preheat oven to 350°. Do not remove from cooking bag. Place turkey in a 2 inch deep roasting pan. Puncture cooking bag with one air hole near top of the bag. Roast for 16-20 minutes per pound. (2 – 2.5 hours) Bag will inflate during cooking (don’t poke any additional holes.) After 2.25 - 2.5 hours check the internal temperature with an instant read thermometer. Insert the thermometer in the thickest part of the roast for the most accurate reading. Remove the turkey when the internal temperature reaches 165°. Let rest for 20 minutes. Remove cooking bag and serve.

Turkey breast is the largest section on the bird and is loaded with juicy, white meat. Breast meat is loaded in protein (7 grams/ounce) and low in fat (<1 gram/ounce), so you get a lot of flavor without it weighing you down. Breast meat is also high in vitamins such as niacin and minerals like zinc and selenium.

Our turkey is raised on American Humane Association-certified family farms in North Carolina, which has a long, rich tradition of poultry farming. The birds have regular access to outdoor pastures with plenty of grass and shade. They’re fed an all-vegetarian diet and always remain antibiotics, steroids and hormone-free.
