Rich and tender salmon gets a flavor boost when stuffed with savory spinach and creamy feta cheese. Raised in the wild ocean waters of the Faroe Islands, our salmon is great tasting, and great for you. In less than an hour, this simple to prepare roast is ready for its starring role at the center of your table.  Full salmon roast is 3 lbs.

Salmon, Spinach, Roasted Red Peppers, Feta Cheese (Pasteurized Part Skim Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Powdered Cellulose to Prevent Caking, Natamycin (Natural Mold Inhibitor), Cream Cheese (Pasteurized Milk and Cream, Salt, Carob Bean Gum, Cheese Culture), Red Onion, Garlic, Salt and Black Pepper.
Thaw fully in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 400°. Tent loosely with foil, and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove foil and roast an additional 15 to 20 minutes.


Located where the Atlantic meets the North Sea, the Faroe Islands have natural fjords, which is where our salmon are raised. Mile-wide fields are placed at the mouths of the fjords where the fish swim freely in their natural habitat without the threat of predators. They feed on a diet harvested exclusively from their native habitat and spend their entire lives swimming in their natural environment. As they live and swim in these cold, free-flowing waters, they gain they develop the natural layers of fat that give them their beautiful color, rich texture and robust taste.
