Tender, hearty and delicious, our Pork Roast features a full antibiotic-free pork tenderloin, pre-rubbed with a zesty blend of Tuscan herb seasoning. Just pop it into the oven and your incredible holiday meal will be ready in a matter of minutes.

For best results thaw your seasoned oven ready pork loin roast under refrigeration until fully thawed. Prior to cooking remove pork loin roast from refrigerator and allow to come down to room temperature for 30-40 minutes before cooking. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. place thawed pork loin roast into roasting pan. Cut a 1 inch slit on top of oven roasting bag to vent. Place roasting pan onto bottom of oven rack. Roast pork loin for 50-65 minutes or when it reaches an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees F. Remove from oven and let pork loin roast rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Our chef-coveted Duroc breed Heritage hogs are raised in open-pasture farms in eastern Pennsylvania. Naturally herd animals, the pigs roam outside as long as they like and can come inside for shelter as they please. They eat a 13-stage all-vegetarian diet and grow to roughly 280 lbs. Like all stock we source, our pork is raised without any antibiotics, hormones or steroids, and are our farming partners employ the strictest standards in animal welfare.
