Hardwood-smoked for a perfect mix of sweet and savory, our uncured, all-natural bacon is what breakfast dreams are made of. Cut from premium slabs of Heritage pork belly, our bacon is smoked the old-fashioned way, with no nitrates added. And, of course, like everything we sell, there are no antibiotics, no hormones, and no MSG.

Pro tip: when preparing bacon for a crowd, use the oven! Preheat to 400°, then place bacon on a rimmed cookie sheet and cook for about 20-30 minutes, flipping about halfway through.

Our chef-coveted Heritage breed hogs are raised in open-pasture farms in eastern Pennsylvania. Naturally herd animals, the pigs roam outside as long as they like and can come inside for shelter as they please. They eat a 13-stage all-vegetarian diet and grow to roughly 280 lbs. Like all stock we source, our pork is raised without any antibiotics, hormones or steroids, and our farming partners employ the strictest standards in animal welfare.
