Ingredients
- 10 - 8 cups Savoy Cabbage, chopped rough

1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Onion, diced
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 14 1/2 oz Diced Tomatoes
- 15 oz Tomato Sauce
12 oz Cauliflower Rice, frozen
- 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tsp dried Oregano
- 1 tsp dried Thyme
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
Directions
Heat oil in a large sauté pan.
Cook beef till browned.
Add onions, garlic and spices.
Stirring constantly for a few minutes.
Add cabbage, tomatoes, sauce & balsamic stirring to combine.
Add tomato paste and cauliflower rice, stirring in.
Cover and simmer till cabbage begins to soften.
Uncover and cook till juice evaporates.
