We love a good chili any time of year but a good chili like this one especially hits the spot during the colder winter months!  This recipe from Whole30 Certified Coach and nutritionist Hayley Lucero uses potatoes instead of beans and is so flavorful you don't miss the beans.

This chili also freezes really well so double up the recipe, freeze half of it and you'll have a tasty, healthy meal that's easy to prepare next time you pressed for time!

Don't hesitate substitute whatever ground meat you prefer in place of the ground turkey--ground beef, ground chicken and ground bison all work just as well!  You can also use the potatoes of your choice.  And if you want to kick up the heat a notch, use hot Rotels and/or toss in a few more jalapeños.
